SHIPPING POLICY

- Shipping expense is in addition to the box purchase price.

- GUTS ships out once a month between the 25th and the 28th (starting with international boxes to ensure everyone's boxes arrive in a timely fashion and around the same time)

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns on boxes. However; if an item arrives damaged please contact us at gutsgraphicnovelbox.com . Photographs of the damaged item are required as vendors occassionally require photographic evidence for replacing objects. If there are no replacement items available a refund for the item's value may be administered instead.
